Sales Concierges To Set The Table At Audi Henderson

As a luxury car dealer, Audi Henderson intends to do all it can to cater to the refined tastes and expectations its customers possess. That's why it sent its sales staff to school ... concierges school.
"We feel it's critical for our front line people to 'speak the same language' and to anticipate the needs of our customers," said Audi Henderson General Manager Jim DiGuilio.
The first graduates of the Audi Henderson concierges training course were: Petar Apostolov, Harvey Huffman, Paul Renwick, Joe Sirna, Sean Simmonds, and even DiGuilio himself.
